The timeline depends on how you provide DNA data. You can either, (1) complete Rootine's at-home testing or (2) upload raw data from 23andMe or 

: Blood analysis takes approximately 1 week once your samples has reached the lab. DNA analysis takes approximately 3-5 weeks once your sample has reached the lab. Once your results are available, we produce your vitamins and ship them direct to your door, which takes an additional 2-3 weeks. To expedite this process, please complete your testing promptly when received and follow the instructions closely.

: You will receive your vitamins 2-3 weeks after your uploaded DNA has been analyzed. Remember to enter blood data (if available) immediately after uploading your DNA file.

Approximately 5 working days after your samples have reached the lab plus 2-3 weeks after your DNA has been analyzed.

When will I get my vitamins?

If you wish to cancel, you can email us at 

 or in your dashboard under the "Order Status" tab there is a button labeled "Request Cancellation."

In order to avoid being charged for your next three month subscription, you must cancel 15 days prior to the end of your current three month subscription.

 Once your vitamins are in production, we are unable to cancel your Rootine subscription. Due to the highly personalized nature of Rootine vitamins, we are unable to accept returns.

What is Rootine’s Cancellation Policy?

You pay in 3 monthly installments for each shipment of Rootine.

We bill your credit or debit card in 3 installments:
Payment 1: Completed at checkout
Payment 2: 30 days after checkout
Payment 3: 30 days after your 2nd payment (60 days after checkout).

We reach out via email 2-3 weeks ahead of your next shipment to check-in and ensure you are ready for more vitamins (this will occur 90 days after you receive your last shipment). It’s at this point you can pause, cancel, or provide any updated information to ensure your formula is as up-to-date as possible.

 to pause your membership. Please note that while you're able to initiate a pause at any time, billing will continue through the final payment of your current subscription cycle.

Can I pause my membership? 

Due to the highly personalized nature of the Rootine nutrient packs, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the packs have entered production. 

We cannot issue refunds on DNA tests or blood tests once they have been sent back to Rootine, as analysis has begun.

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

We approach vitamin interactions from a couple of angles:

Delivery - Our advanced microbead technology is designed to slowly release nutrients via porous openings over 6-10 hours in the GI tract. This allows for slower release that does not overwhelm transporters and receptors where much of the vitamin competition occurs.

Dosing + Testing - Many vitamins and minerals that compete for absorption are found in foods. The key here is dose. We do not dose any nutrients into ranges that would cause overt competition and imbalances of nutrients.Testing of vitamin and mineral levels allows us to dose the nutrients your body needs and then track your progress over time to ensure your vitamin and mineral ratios stay balanced.
