Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

Due to the highly personalized nature of the Rootine nutrient packs, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the packs have entered production.

We cannot issue refunds on DNA tests or blood tests once they have been sent back to Rootine, as analysis has begun.
