How does the payment process work?

Approximately 5 working days after your samples have reached the lab plus 2-3 weeks after your DNA has been analyzed.

If you wish to cancel, you can email us at hello@rootine.co or in your dashboard under the "Order Status" tab there is a button labeled "Request Cancellation."

We reach out via email 2-3 weeks ahead of your next shipment to check-in and ensure you are ready for more vitamins (this will occur 90 days after you receive your last shipment). It’s at this point you can pause, cancel, or provide any updated
