When will I get my next order?

Approximately 5 working days after your samples have reached the lab plus 2-3 weeks after your DNA has been analyzed.

If you wish to cancel, you can email us at hello@rootine.co or in your dashboard under the "Order Status" tab there is a button labeled "Request Cancellation."

You pay in 3 monthly installments for each shipment of Rootine.

Due to the highly personalized nature of the Rootine nutrient packs, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the packs have entered production.
