Rootine is convenient and 100% personalized. Here is how it works:

Choose your tests. Options include an at-home DNA test, at-home blood test, and/or the ability to upload data from tests you've already completed (i.e. 23andMe,  Ancestry.com  or a blood test from a physician or lab outside of Rootine).

Step 2:

Learn about your body by viewing your test results in your Rootine dashboard.

Step 3:

Get your personalized nutrition. We combine your DNA data, blood testing, and lifestyle factors (like diet) to custom-make your daily packs. All shipping (including the tests) is free.
