If you are sensitive to prebiotics, we recommend starting with 1/2 stick pack in one sitting and slowly increasing to a full stick pack over 1-2 weeks.

Sensitivity to prebiotics in the form of gas, bloating, discomfort and changes in stool habits can occur from a few different reasons. If you are currently consuming a low fiber diet, increasing your fiber slowly over a few weeks can minimize gastrointestinal symptoms. Individuals that have imbalances in their microbiome from medical conditions, medication use such as antibiotics and steroids or consume a low fiber, high-processed food diets may experience more gastrointestinal issues in the beginning that tend to resolve with consistent prebiotic intake.
