Our adaptogenic drink mixes are designed to take at key points of your day to optimize your circadian health.
We recommend taking Stress in the mid-morning or anytime you are experiencing high levels of stress.
Focus is great to take when you need to get into a productive, flow state. This may be mid-morning or mid-afternoon to overcome that afternoon slump. If you are sensitive to caffeine, we do not recommend taking Focus after 12pm.
Sleep is great to take 30-60 minutes before bed to help your body and mind start to calm down and prepare for an efficient night’s sleep.
