Once received by the lab, Blood Mineral testing can take around 1 week before results are available.

We recommend taking a blood test every 3-6 months. We do offer a quarterly blood test subscription, and discounts on blood testing for our active subscribers.

We recommend ordering a blood test 30-45 days after you receive your most recent shipment of vitamins and completing the test as quickly as possible.

Including blood level data will further customize your vitamin recommendation, but it is not required.

COVID can impact labs in the short run including inflammatory markers like C-reactive protein that we measure. We recommend testing 2 weeks after you have recovered from symptoms of fever, cough, body aches and fatigue.
