Do you require blood data?

The Blood Vitamin Test analyzes blood levels of vitamins and minerals.

We recommend taking a blood test every 3-6 months.

We recommend ordering a blood test 30-45 days after you receive your most recent shipment of vitamins and completing the test as quickly as possible. This will ensure we have time to analyze the samples, request additional samples (if needed)

We recommend stopping any current nutrient, you plan to replace with Rootine, for 7-10 days prior to collecting blood vitamin samples.

COVID can impact labs in the short run including inflammatory markers like C-reactive protein that we measure. We recommend testing 2 weeks after you have recovered from symptoms of fever, cough, body aches and fatigue.
